Track and Cross Country is an old family pastime - Mom Katherine & Dad Van both competed on the U.S. Army V-Corps Track team 1990; Katherine ran for USC/Coastal Carolina University and was honored as an NCAA 1994 Big South All Conference Runner; Katherine - North Myrtle Beach Triathlon 1st Place Age Group 2006 & 2007. Cross training pool workouts with Mom training for her next triathlon. First meet was Tuesday - NMB Girls took 1st team - NMB Boys - 2d place team.
